Khadijo, who is attending Pearson College, hails from Somalia where she and her family live in a refugee camp of 150,000 people. She spoke of the challenges of attaining an education and advancing in her country. Her goal is to continue on to University and then help other girls and young women escape the conditions she was raised in.
