Russ introduced Lt. Commander Todd Kennedy who provided members with a video display of the HMCS Winnipeg’s trip to combat piracy in East Africa.  A very interesting and eye opening presentation was provided.  It was fairly obvious that after pirates on the high sea, insurance providers are the next most dangerous people.
