Capt. Geoff Spriggs submitted a request to our club to help support the effort of firefighters traveling to Fresno as part of an exchange program that involves firefighters from Afghan. Jim moved and seconded by Lorne that $1000.00 be given to cover some of the costs of the firefighters upcoming trip. Motion passed. The club agreed to consider additional support if the project was not completely funded by other supporters.
